All Bugatti and Edition22 purchases over $99 after taxes and discounts will ship for free to the United States. All orders under $99 will be subject to a flat $14.99 shipping fee.
Returns
All items are eligible for a 100% money back refund within 30 days. Request a refund and a prepaid label will be emailed to you. Whether the item wasn't what you expected, didn't meet your needs, or arrived damage we will never charge a restocking fee.
Warranty
Bugatti luggage is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
All other Bugatti bags are covered by a 2 year (24 month) warranty from manufacturer defects.
These warranties do not cover wear and tear, use, abuse, mis-use, or damage caused by airlines and/or travel.

That’s why every piece you buy from us comes with the manufacturer’s warranty—plus an exclusive, no cost, backup plan that goes beyond the standard coverage. It is absolutely free and every purchase is automatically enrolled.

• The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects but not wear and tear or airline damage.
• Our 50% replacement guarantee covers those situations, but it’s one-time use per customer, per item, and requires proof of purchase.
