At Stiles Supply Company, we know that great luggage makes for smoother travels. That’s why every piece you buy from us comes with the manufacturer’s warranty—plus an exclusive, no cost, backup plan that goes beyond the standard coverage.

Step 1: Manufacturer Warranty

All of our luggage is backed by the official manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. If something’s not right, we’ll handle the claim process for you and work to get it repaired or replaced.

Step 2: Our Exclusive 50% Replacement Guarantee

We take it a step further. If the manufacturer denies your claim, we’ll still have your back. As a special perk for buying from us, you’ll get a one-time 50% discount on a replacement piece—even if the damage is from airline handling, wear and tear, or other non-warranty issues. Even after the manufacturer warranty expires!

How It Works

1. Submit a Claim – Contact us with your order details and issue description. We will request photos of your item and your proof of purchase.

2. Manufacturer Review – We’ll handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

3. Denied? No Problem. – If your claim is denied, you will receive your exclusive one-time 50% discount to replace the luggage at half the price. You may select the same luggage, something comparable, or something else entirely.

A Few Quick Notes:

• The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects but not wear and tear or airline damage.

• Our 50% replacement guarantee covers those situations, but it’s one-time use per customer, per item, and requires proof of purchase.
