 How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders over $98 ship for free! Standard shipping under $98 begins at $4.99.

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Delivery of your items to your door can be expected in about one week from your order date on average. With weekends and holidays, it could take 7-10 calendar days. We only ship Monday through Friday. We do our best to get your products out as quickly as possible. Shipping times and estimated dates cannot be guaranteed by Stiles Supply Co. Due to the nature and cost of shipping large items such as luggage it is possible to experience delays.

Most orders ship free! Anything over $98 ships free; under $98 is $4.99 unless otherwise noted. It may be less, but it won’t be more for standard shipping under $98.

International orders may incur extra fees and tariffs that are not charged at the time of purchase. Stiles Supply Co. is not responsible for these extra charges.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be made within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label. We will accept returns and exchanges, whether your item is damaged or you just changed your mind. Returns made from 31-90 days will receive store credit for the full purchase price of the returned item.

Warranty

We will honor all manufacturers' warranty processes and time periods. All items purchased through Stiles Supply are automatically enrolled in our extended coverage guarantee. If your item is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the warranty has lapsed, we will offer a one-time 50% off coupon to purchase a new item. If your item has been discontinued or you would like to try something different, you may apply that coupon to any product. This guarantee covers everything from the original manufacturer's warranty, including manufacturer's warranty from use/abuse/mishandling by airlines, etc. Our goal is to offer you the best value in luggage, period.
