Do my bags come with a warranty?

Of course they do! As an authorized dealer we honor the standard warranty for all of our brands we work with. We also give you addition peace of mind with our bonus Stiles Supply Co. Extended Coverage!

Are Bugatti and Edition22 bags good?

Bugatti luggage and bags are made from premium materials at a fraction of the price of other luxury brands. Eco-friendly vegan leather offers a high-quality alternative to traditional leather without sacrificing durability. The polyesters are made from recycled plastics and in many cases are water resistant to protect your belongings. The luggage sets are packed full of features to make travel easier and safer for you. If you want a good, solid bag at a fair price, you're looking in the right place.

But luggage handlers are rough, what happens if they break my luggage?

Good news, we have you covered if you purchased your luggage or bag from Stiles Supply. Simply contact us with a request to file a claim. If the brand accepts your claim your item will be replaced free of charge. If your claim is denied due to negligence, mishandling, or abuse don't worry. Stiles Supply will issue you a single-use coupon for 50% off to replace your damaged item. You can use it for a direct replacement or to try something new. What about shipping and returns?

Easy! Every order over $99 ships free to the US and Canada. Under $99 and it is a flat fee of $14.99.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Have a return? within 30 days of receiving your item you can request a prepaid return label whether your item arrived damaged or you changed your mind. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees, ever. We want you to be happy and confident in your decision.
